how does it work?

We have a house to clear, where do we start? It is easy and can work as follows:

1. The contents of your house have no resale value. In this case we would charge for the clearance i.e. Our labour and rubbish disposal costs.


2. Some of the contents have a value and the remainder have not: In this case we would clear the house free of charge.


3. The contents have a resale value, in which case we would pay you an agreed payment in cash or cheque as preferred.


4. If you require a house cleaning service completed by our professional cleaners, this is a separate charge to the above.
